We are excited to introduce a new free Office & Chair Yoga event. Expert-led sessions on office yoga led by our Health and Wellbeing Coach Lenka Pagan.

Time: 11:00am to 11:45 am
Cost: Free (Booking is essential).
Capacity: Strictly limited to 15 people per session to ensure a quality experience.
