It is free service, voluntary, will not affect your benefits, there is no time limit, Support with creating CV plus much more.

- Unsure of goals or help available
- Needs options for Fit notes, phased returns, tailored duties
- Needs reasonable adjustments in their place of work
- Needs support regarding what benefits are available
