Freedom of Information

All public authority bodies including General Practices are now included under the Freedom of Information Act.

This Act entitles individuals to access any information under the results of the Act. The practice has a publication document which outlines the information we hold as a practice. This can be accessed by requesting a copy from the Practice Manager, who will also be able to provide you with any information that you may wish to obtain within the terms of the Act.
