We have been trialling a telephone triage process for the last 3 months, and following wonderful feedback from our patients, we will fully adopt it from the 1st of February 2019. Our receptionists will continue to book routine or advance appointments, but any patient needing an urgent appointment on the day will first recieve a phone call from our clinical team to assess their condition. If necessary, the clinical team of doctors, nurses and paramedics will book an urgent face to face appointment.
